Today over at CakeJournal.com I'm sharing an easy No Bake Cake Pop Recipe  (actually, they're Oreo Pops)!
These "cake" pops aren't really cake at all because I make them with Oreo cookies 😉  But they are a fun alternative to "regular" cake pops (see how to make those here) if you want make cake pops in a hurry!
They remind me so much of my sweet sister-in-law Amy. Â She usually makes them for Thanksgiving and I'm always happy to see her coming with a platter of Oreo Balls (she does them without the sticks!).
Anywho... I shared a similar idea a few weeks ago with the No Bake Peanut Butter Oreo Cake Pops, but these are actually my favorite - just Oreo balls dipped in white chocolate.
And if Oreos aren't your thing (surely nobody really feels that way, right?), you could substitute any sandwich cookie - just pick a flavor/brand that you like and go for it! Â I have a few ideas bouncing around in my head for some other flavors I'd like to try!
The best thing about these cake pops is that they only require three ingredients and can be ready to eat in 30 minutes or less! Â They would be a perfect treat for a party, a classroom snack, or even holiday dessert tables!
Personally, I can't make them all that often because I eat them and eat them and eat them until there are none left. Â They're just way too good!
Find out how to make them over at CakeJournal.com and be sure to leave a comment and let me know what you think!
